Our Products:

Vegetables and Herbs

Our farm focuses on cultivating a wide array of seasonal vegetables and herbs using sustainable farming practices. In spring, the farm produces tender greens like spinach, arugula, and peas, alongside aromatic herbs such as cilantro and parsley. As summer arrives, the fields brim with tomatoes, eggplant, cucumbers, and basil, while the fall brings hearty crops like kale, pumpkins, and root vegetables like radishes and beets. Year-round, the farm emphasizes sustainable methods, crop rotation, and natural pest control to ensure healthy soil and produce, offering a bounty that is fresh, flavorful, and environmentally friendly.

Cut Flowers

Our farm specializes in seasonal and sustainable cut flowers, creating vibrant bouquets and offering edible blooms throughout the year. Spring introduces delicate blooms like daffodils, snapdragons, and peonies while summer brings colorful sunflowers, gladiolus, and cosmos. Fall showcases warm-toned marigolds, zinnias, and dahlias. The farm also grows edible flowers such as nasturtiums, pansies, and borage, perfect for garnishing salads or desserts. Each bouquet is thoughtfully arranged with a mix of textures and colors, grown using organic methods to promote soil health and biodiversity, ensuring that every flower is as eco-friendly as it is beautiful.

Farm-Fresh Eggs

Our farm farm raises farm-fresh eggs on 7-acres, using rotational grazing and a mobile chicken tractor to promote the health of the land and birds. The chickens are regularly moved to fresh pasture, where they forage for insects and greens, enriching their diet and producing nutrient-dense eggs with rich, golden yolks. The chicken tractor ensures they have constant access to new forage while protecting them from predators. This sustainable method fosters biodiversity, improves soil fertility, and reduces reliance on synthetic inputs, creating high-quality eggs while maintaining the balance of the farm's ecosystem.

Alpaca Wool

Our farm raises three friendly male alpacas—Bruce, Doc, and Karl—who not only provide luxurious, soft alpaca wool but also serve as protectors of the chicken flock from predators. Their wool is sheared annually, processed with care, and prized for its warmth, softness, and hypoallergenic qualities, perfect for crafting yarn and garments. While Bruce, Doc, and Karl enjoy grazing on the farm’s pastures, their gentle presence keeps the chickens safe, making them both a functional and beloved part of the farm's ecosystem.
